The meeting will begin with highlight the importance of strategic planning and continuity. 
The new officers will review the organizational hierarchy and discuss each officer’s specific responsibilities in relation to upcoming programs and events. The session will involve a step-by-step walkthrough of the annual program, including timelines, project priorities, and coordination with other IEEE units and community partners. Officers will collaboratively brainstorm, adjust, and finalize the sequence of initiatives to ensure balance between technical, humanitarian, and professional activities. Tasks will be assigned according to each officer’s post, with clear deliverables, deadlines, and reporting methods.
The meeting will also include time for questions, discussion of potential challenges, and identification of resources to support execution.
It will conclude with a summary of finalized plans, assigned responsibilities, and next steps to ensure the new executive team is fully prepared to launch the 2025–2026 mandate.
