The Plan Preparation Meeting began with an emphasis on the importance of strategic planning and continuity for the upcoming mandate. Newly elected officers reviewed the organizational hierarchy and discussed their specific responsibilities in relation to future programs and events. The session included a step‑by‑step walkthrough of the annual program, covering timelines, project priorities, and coordination with IEEE units and community partners. Officers collaboratively brainstormed and finalized the sequence of initiatives to ensure balance between technical, humanitarian, and professional activities. Clear tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and reporting methods were assigned according to each officer’s role. The meeting also provided space for questions, discussion of potential challenges, and identification of resources to support execution. It concluded with a summary of finalized plans, responsibilities, and next steps, ensuring the new executive team is fully prepared to launch the 2025–2026 mandate.
