As part of the preparation process for new Computer Society (CS) request members, the (MD) organized an introductory Python workshop led by MD Saja Zaidan. The workshop aimed to equip participants with the essential programming foundations required to successfully complete their upcoming acceptance tasks.

During the session, Saja Zaidan delivered a clear and well-structured explanation of core Python concepts. The topics covered included function definitions (def), conditional statements (if), basic input and output using print , and the use of built-in libraries such as (import math). In addition, the workshop introduced variables, data types, basic operators, simple calculations, logical thinking, and code structure, helping members understand how Python code is written and executed in practice.

The workshop was designed to be simple yet highly effective, focusing on clarity and practical understanding rather than complexity. Realistic examples and step-by-step explanations were used to ensure that all participants, regardless of prior experience, could follow along comfortably and gain confidence in writing basic Python programs.

Overall, the workshop successfully prepared new CS request members by strengthening their foundational knowledge in Python and setting a solid base for their acceptance tasks. The session reflected a strong commitment to member development and created a supportive learning environment that encouraged engagement and active participation.
