As part of the IEEE Day celebrations at Rajalakshmi Engineering College, the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group, in collaboration with the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) and the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS), organized an innovative competition titled “IEEE Breadths 2025 – MedRoboQuest” on 17th October 2025. Event Overview The competition aimed to encourage students to innovate simple technological solutions for real-world healthcare problems using the power of robotics and automation. Each team comprised 2–3 members, with one female member compulsory, promoting inclusivity and women’s active participation in technology-driven challenges. |
