Dr.Kalaiarasi Arumugam is an accomplished academician, innovator, and entrepreneur with over 16 years of professional experience spanning education, research, technology, and social impact. As the Founder and Business Head of Kay-eM Nest Global Solutions, she is passionately committed to making quality education accessible, particularly for underserved communities, through technology-driven initiatives and inclusive learning solutions.

A visionary leader and strong team player, she combines analytical thinking with a deep sense of purpose, striving for excellence in every endeavor. She has demonstrated outstanding leadership across academics, training, placement, and entrepreneurship, mentoring countless students and professionals toward successful careers.

Her contributions to education and humanitarian causes have earned her several prestigious accolades, including the IEEE Bozenna Pasik Duncan Humanitarian Mentorship Award, Change Maker of India Award from the International Human Rights Association, Outstanding Influencer Award from AIWAA, Asian Education Award for student contribution, and the Mentor Award from Texas Instruments.
