The sixth edition of the International Conference on Communications, Information, Electronic and Energy Systems (CIEES 2025) was held in hybrid mode at the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev”, Ruse, Bulgaria, from 26 to 28 November 2025.

The CIEES 2025 Conference is the premier international forum dedicated to advancing the understanding of the current state and future evolution of science and technology through the lens of telecommunications, information technologies and artificial intelligence, power systems & smart cities, energy and renewable sources, automotive and industrial engineering, smart telecommunications, industry and services, electronics, power electronics and EMC, and many other related disciplines. It is a venue where researchers, academics, industry professionals and students come together to present and discuss progress in research, development, standards, and applications across these diverse areas.
