QUANTUMANIA - Seminar on applications of Quantum Computing in VLSI
QUANTUMANIA was an online seminar session focusing on the applications of Quantum Computing in VLSI, organized by the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society Student Branch Chapter College of Engineering Chengannur, on 29th December 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
The session was handled by Dr. Agile Mathew, Training and Placement Officer, Central Institute of Technology (CIT), Kokrajhar. The speaker provided valuable insights into the fundamentals of quantum computing and its growing relevance in the VLSI domain, highlighting emerging trends, potential industry applications, and future research opportunities. The talk also emphasized how quantum principles can influence next-generation semiconductor design and computing architectures.
