The Women in Industry Training Program was an event held by IEEE WIE UFBA in partnership with IEEE PES Northeast Brazil, focusing on technical training for women working in the industrial sector. On November 25, a technical visit to Bayer was held, providing participants with the opportunity to learn about the company, its industrial processes, and practices adopted in the production environment, strengthening the connection between academic training and the reality of the industry.
