Hands on Training with Raspberry Pi 4
Hands-on Training with Raspberry Pi 4 is a practical-oriented program designed to provide participants with in-depth experience in working with single-board computers for embedded systems and IoT applications. The training covers Raspberry Pi 4 hardware architecture, operating system installation and configuration, Linux basics, and Python programming for GPIO control. Participants gain hands-on experience in interfacing sensors and actuators, acquiring and processing real-time data, and implementing communication protocols such as MQTT for IoT-based applications. The program emphasizes learning by doing through structured lab exercises and mini-project development, enabling learners to design, implement, and demonstrate complete end-to-end solutions. By the end of the training, participants will be equipped with industry-relevant skills to develop smart systems and IoT solutions using Raspberry Pi 4.

Dr. T. D. Subha is an academician and researcher with expertise in embedded systems, Internet of Things (IoT), and emerging technologies. She is actively involved in teaching, mentoring students and research scholars, and contributing to industry-aligned academic initiatives. Dr. Subha has participated in and coordinated faculty development programs and hands-on trainings, emphasizing practical learning and innovation. Her academic interests include IoT system design, sensor-based applications, and applied research, and she is committed to enhancing teaching–learning practices through continuous professional development and collaboration with industry and academic bodies.
Biography:
Dr.T.D.SUBHA Currently working as an Associate Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering, R.M.K. Engineering College. She has Completed her B.E-Electronics and Communication Engineering and M.E-VLSI Design under affiliated to Anna University, in the year 2013 and 2015 respectively. She done her Doctor of Philosophy at Anna University in the year 2024. She completed her i-M.Tech in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics at IIIT Kottayam. She is having more than 10 years of teaching experiences in teaching and research. She has got more than 70 publications in Elsevier, Springer, IJAST and edited books too. She received young scientist award from IOSRD in the year 2018. She received certificate of Excellence in Reviewing in the year 2020. Her research interests include Cyber Security, Embedded Systems, Low power VLSI, Internet of Things, Machine Learning, Wireless Communication and Bio-Medical Engineering.
