Meeting Description
The IEEE Nigeria Section SMC Chapter Strategy and Planning Meeting: 2025 Review & 2026 Roadmap is a strategic virtual session convened to critically assess the Section’s activities, achievements, and challenges in 2025, while collectively defining a clear and actionable direction for 2026. The meeting will review ongoing and completed programs, outreach and humanitarian activities, and membership development efforts, with the aim of strengthening impact and alignment with IEEE SMC goals.
Participants will collaboratively develop a structured roadmap for 2026, focusing on innovative technical programs, expanded community and student outreach, effective membership drive strategies, and the feasibility of organizing an IEEE SMC Nigeria Symposium or Congress. The meeting will also provide a platform for idea-sharing, collaboration, and commitment-building among officers, members, and stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and increased visibility of IEEE SMC activities in Nigeria.
