IEEE STEM EQUIPMENT OUTREACH - GUARDIANS STEM DAY EXHIBITOR

The Cleveland Guardians, STEM Playbook, and NEO STEM are excited to share information on the Guardians STEM Days presented by Swagelok for 2026!

With your support, we will continue to offer thousands of students an interactive, educational and inspiring STEM experience outside of the classroom.

New For 2026:

Two Dates: April 29^th and May 13^th

We are offering an April and May STEM Day to help spread out the fun and reach more students! You are welcome to participate on one or both days.

Seated Program in the Lower Bowl

For 2026, we will be adding a seated educational program to accommodate groups with younger students. In addition to providing a meaningful experience for these students, we are also hoping having groups of students seated may also alleviate some of the congestion in the concourse.

NEW Exhibitor Guidelines

We want to ensure each interaction has an educational foundation/purpose that is meaningful and engaging for students. This year, we are asking for each exhibitor to focus on hands-on experiments or demonstrations in lieu of food/candy or giveaways. (Our team is happy to offer some ideas and guidance or discuss your plans with you. Feel free to reach out and we will connect you with NEOSTEM and STEM Playbook.)
Please register on-time with full details about your exhibit. This allows us to plan properly for tables and to meet your needs as best as possible on the day of the event(s).
