MILAAP - Connect Create Celebrate

To conduct an event focused on raising awareness about our women in engineering affinity, featuring inspirational speakers sharing their educational and career journeys.

 

The talks will be thought-provoking and engaging, challenging conventional wisdom, and inspiring new ways of thinking. By sharing speaker experiences, we hope to inspire others to act and make a positive impact in the students.

 

Outcome of the event?

 

The event aims to deliver a myriad of tangible benefits for female students and faculty members attending, as well as extending its positive impact to the broader community of neighbouring colleges.

 

Attendees, both from the host institution and neighbouring colleges with IEEE SB’s, will have the chance to network with each other and establish valuable connections. This intercollegiate collaboration can open doors to mentorship, internship opportunities, and collaborative projects.

 

The event is designed not only to empower and benefit the female attendees from the host institution but also to contribute to the broader advancement of women in engineering across neighbouring colleges, creating a ripple effect of positive change in the larger academic and professional community.

1. Technical

Name of the Activity:

A Technical Workshop on Generative AI

Time of the Activity : 10:00 to 12:50 PM

 

Activity Description:

Nikhat Qureshi will be sharing her expertise in this field.

Pranali Bose will lead a session on the importance of Generative AI and its future impact.

 

2. Non-Technical

Name of the Activity: A Fun Interactive Activity

Time of the Activity : 2:15 PM to 3:30 PM

Activity Description: A Chance to showcase your artistic talent. Requires everyone’s input.
