EMPOWERHER – WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP
As part of Aurora 2025, the IEEE WIE SB TKMCE in collaboration with IEEE SB TKMCE successfully organized an inspiring talk session titled "EmpowerHER – Women In Leadership". The event aimed to empower students, celebrate women in leadership, and provide deep insights into professional excellence.
The event was designed to empower and motivate students by presenting the inspiring leadership journey of Ms. AnjanaGopakumar, a visionary entrepreneur and creative strategist who has made remarkable achievements in her field. Through her engaging narrative, the session highlighted the real-life challenges, breakthroughs, and milestones that shaped her path as the CEO and Founder of Scrbl Media, a TEDx Speaker, and a dynamic leader in the creative industry.The session also featured an interactive Q&A segment, where students eagerly raised questions related to career development, leadership challenges, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.
