The third Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES) Guwahati Chapter (CH11053), a joint Chapter of the IEEE Kolkata section and the IEEE Guwahati subsection, is scheduled as per the following details:

1. To confirm the minutes of the 2nd AGM held on January 25, 2025.
2. Address by Chapter Chair.
3. Presentation of the annual report for the year 2025 by the Chapter Secretary.
4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
