Dear IEEE Members,

We are pleased to invite all IEEE members registered under the IEEE Sabah Subsection to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 of the IEEE Sabah Subsection. The meeting details are as follows:

• Date: 2 February 2026 (Monday)
• Dinner & Registration: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (by RSVP only)
• Meeting Time: 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Venue: ibis Styles Hotel Inanam, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Proposed Agenda:

1. Welcome Address by the Chair
2. Confirmation of Minutes of the Previous AGM
3. Presentation of the 2025 Annual Activities Report
4. Presentation of the 2025 Financial Report
5. Matters Arising
6. Any Other Business
7. Adjournment

The AGM serves as an important platform to review the Subsection’s activities and financial position for the past year, as well as to discuss matters of interest to members.

Members are kindly reminded to ensure that their IEEE membership is valid prior to the meeting.
