The IEEE STEP Young Professionals Mentorship and Networking Forum was successfully held on February 17, 2025, at UET Faisalabad. The event aimed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry reality. It provided attendees with insights into semiconductor chip design, career paths after graduation, and direct mentorship opportunities with seasoned professionals and academics.
