FER WIN - Women in Innovation conference
The scientific conference FER WIN – Women in Innovation will be held on 5 February 2026 in the Grey Hall at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb (FER), starting at 9:30 AM, and will present current achievements in research and innovation in electrical engineering and computing.
This event brings together researchers, students and industry representatives to highlight the role of women in electrical engineering and computing. The conference program consists of invited lectures and a panel discussion on gender equality in STEM and industry:
1. Invited Lectures by Two Distinguished Women Researchers:
Prof. Lea Skorin-Kapov, PhD and Barbara Arbanas Ferreira, PhD
2. Panel discussion with the topic: Institutional Support for the Career Development of Women Researchers
Invited lectures will be joined by Antonella Barišić Kulaš, PhD and Assoc. Prof. Anamari Nakić, PhD.
