The objective of this connect is to:

Review and align on the Section budget approved during last month’s ExCom meeting

Discuss the list of planned events for 2026 and their scheduling

Segregate events by technical, professional, student, and community focus

Plan speaker invitations in collaboration with Societies and Affinity Groups

Align on goals, priorities, and measurable outcomes for the Richmond Section

Review Richmond Section accomplishments and define growth goals for the coming year
- Increased Senior Member Elevation as it was 75% last year and Richmond Section was 3rd
This informal setting will allow us to have a focused and productive discussion while ensuring alignment across leadership before broader execution.
