The Welcome & Orientation session aimed to warmly receive all members and volunteers while providing an overview of the semester’s planned activities. Ice-breaking games and interactive activities were conducted to promote engagement and interaction among participants. Team bonding exercises encouraged collaboration, communication, and comfort within the society. Overall, the session successfully created a positive, friendly, and energetic environment for the semester ahead
