This meeting was to prepare for our project progress reports so we can check in on all 10 of our teams on their projects. This is to make sure the projects wont die out, and that the teams will be held accountable for their projects. This ensures that teams will be on top of their projects and will be able to present their projects on the demonstration day at the end of spring quarter. 

We have made sure we have treats ready to serve to our members as we enjoy our midterm activity so students wont have to worry about getting anything else done during midterm season. 

We have also used this time to prepare for the upcoming arduino workshop we have in store for February 11th, where new engineers get to be introduced to using arduinos.
