Chair
1) Make a event plan
2) Assign Event responsibilities
3) Start planning for an event
Vice Chairs
1) Decide on the events which you are interested to take up
(Conference proposal, panel discussion, humanitarian effort, talk on some topic by DL, industry visit/ training.)
Secretaries
1) Work with Chair and Vice Chair to plan the events. Reach out to distinguished lecturers and other professors
2) Learn how to report events on vtools
Webmasters
1) Take access of website.
2) Check if we have a linkedin if not make one using the gmail id we have
3) Update the website with the whole new team
4) Update the events page of the website


The objective would be to come up with a realistic timeline for each of the events.
Each office bearer would take up some responsibility and a date by which we can complete that certain task
