The IEEE Southwest Missouri Young Professionals Affinity Group invites you to tour a local city substation, hosted by Southwestern Power Administration.  During this tour, substation components will be discussed, such as Circuit Breakers, Circuit Switchers, Transformers, and Instrument Transformers, along with the basics of substation design and use.

We all use the power grid every day -- now is your chance to understand it better.
