TRC 3.0: TechResolve Challenge 3.0
DESCRIPTION
The third edition of the TechResolve Challenge, building on the success of its previous editions, is a national 24-hour AI-based hackathon organized by the IEEE ISIMS SB in collaboration with CS, IAS, SMC, RAS and IES/PES SBCs, as well as the IEEE WIE ISIMS Affinity Group and IEEE ISIMS SB Sight Group. The event is further supported at the national level through collaboration with the IEEE IAS, IES, PES, AESS, WIE and SIGHT Tunisia Section Chapters with IEEE CN Tunisia Section and the IEEE Entrepreneurship Tunisia Section LG serving as technical partners. TRC 3.0 took place at the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Multimedia of Sfax from March 16 at 12:00 PM to March 17 at 1:00 PM.
This edition aims to welcome around 280 participants, representing various IEEE student branches across the IEEE Tunisia Section, bringing together students passionate about artificial intelligence, innovation and problem-solving.

Main Objective: TRC 3.0 aims to encourage participants to design AI-powered solutions that address real challenges within university environments. It bridges the gap between technical knowledge and real-world applications by promoting innovative, practical, and scalable ideas. The event also fosters collaboration, networking, and knowledge exchange among students, mentors and industry communities.
Target Audience: The target audience for TRC 3.0 includes IEEE student members across the Tunisia Section and students passionate about technology, innovation, and problem-solving. It is ideal for aspiring engineers, developers, designers and entrepreneurs who want to work on real-world projects and collaborate on practical solutions while gaining hands-on experience and expanding their network.
While visitors gain insights, develop skills and engage in discussions through workshops and roundtables while networking and enjoying interactive social activities and games.

Panel Discussion :
The panel discussion featured Mr. Tarek Zlitni, Mrs. Amira Ouerfelli
and Mr. Farouk Chwayakh, who shared insights on AI and its real-world impact.
Theydiscussed practical ways to apply artificial intelligence to solve everyday problems.
- Workshop:"AI in Your Appliation"
During the event, dedicated AI workshops provided participants with hands-on experience.This workshop introduced participants to practical ways of integrating artificial intelligence into real-world applications. It guided attendees in using AI tools effectively, improving their projects, and exploring innovative solutions to everyday challenges.

Roundtables:
TechResolve Challenge roundtables were presented by representatives from different IEEE Tunisia Section chapters, such as WIE, AESS and CS. These sessions highlighted the benefits of each chapter, shared experiences and encouraged participants to get involved.

IEEE Puzzlers ISIMS Activities
IEEE Puzzlers ISIMS hosted engaging team-building activities to promote
networking and community interaction among visitors. Participants took part in mind games, puzzles and team-based treasure hunts, creating an enjoyable environment that encouraged creativity and teamwork.
Attendance
During TRC 3.0, 22 challenger teams (each consisting of 3–4 participants) took part in the hackathon, alongside more than 195 visitors.
