The IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group, JSS University, Noida organized “SheBuilds”, a 2-day hands-on Arduino Training and Innovation Session aimed at enhancing practical knowledge in embedded systems and basic automation technologies.

The initiative focused on providing experiential learning through hardware prototyping, sensor integration, and real-time coding using Arduino platforms. The program encouraged confidence building, problem-solving, teamwork, and innovation among engineering students.

Participants received hands-on exposure to Arduino boards and Arduino IDE, circuit design, sensor interfacing, and real-time coding and debugging. Students worked in teams to develop mini hardware projects, applying learned concepts to build functional prototypes.

The session concluded with a project showcase, where teams presented their working models before a jury panel. Trophies were awarded to winning teams, jury members were honored with mementos, and saplings were distributed as part of IEEE WIE’s sustainability initiative.

This activity aligned with IEEE WIE’s mission to promote technical competence, innovation, sustainability awareness, and hands-on learning among students.
