IEEE Industry & Community Outreach Summit – Central Illinois (Feb 22–24, 2026)
The IEEE Industry & Community Outreach Summit 2026 convenes industry leaders, educators, students, and community partners across Central Illinois to strengthen STEM pathways, workforce development, and industry collaboration.
Hosted by the IEEE Central Illinois Section, the Summit features engagements with local high schools, universities, women’s leadership organizations, innovation hubs, and industry partners. IEEE President-Elect Jill Gostin will participate in presentations and community discussions highlighting:
• Engineering as a humanitarian and public-impact profession
• Workforce readiness and digital transformation
• Women and underrepresented communities in STEM
• Industry–education collaboration
• Lifelong learning and professional development
All events are NO COST. Some sessions are invitation-only due to venue capacity and host coordination.
