One Week Faculty Development Program on "Electric Vehicle Powertrain Simulation Using MATLAB and Real-Time Simulator"
The Human Resource Development Cell (HRDC) of Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU), Kanpur, in collaboration with the IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) Student Branch Chapter, and in association with the IEEE Student Branch, HBTU Kanpur, is organizing a One-Week Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Electric Vehicle Powertrain Simulation Using MATLAB and Real-Time Simulator from February 23-28, 2026, in online mode.

This programme is designed to address the increasing demand for expertise in Electric Vehicle (EV) technology, power electronics, and real-time simulation tools, which are key enablers in modern sustainable transportation systems. The FDP aims to provide faculty members, research scholars, and academicians with both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to the modeling, design, and simulation of EV powertrain systems.
The programme will feature expert lectures, live demonstrations, hands-on sessions, and interactive discussions conducted by distinguished academicians, researchers, and industry professionals. The FDP aims to enhance research capability, improve teaching effectiveness, and promote collaboration between academia and industry in emerging EV technologies.
