Training Program for Upper Secondary School Teachers Green Edu Seeds Project (Supported by ERASMUS+) Innovation and Sustainability for Educators
The Innovation and Sustainability for Educators training program, conducted under the Green Edu Seeds Project with support from the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, is designed to enhance the professional capacity of upper secondary school teachers in integrating sustainability, innovation, and emerging technologies into educational practice. The program emphasizes systems thinking, sustainable development aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Living Lab approaches, ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence in education in accordance with UNESCO guidelines, and the development of actionable educational innovation plans through the Learning Model Canvas (LMC). Through a combination of conceptual foundations, practical workshops, and outcome-based presentations, the training aims to empower educators to design impactful learning innovations that foster sustainable development and environmental responsibility within their institutional contexts.
