Dr. Yarlagadda Padma Sai is a Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at VNRVJIET, Hyderabad, and serves as the Dean – Students Progression. She is an accomplished academician with extensive experience in Signal Processing and advanced communication technologies.

Dr. Padma Sai is an active IEEE volunteer and serves as the IEEE Student Activities Committee (SAC) Chair, where she plays a vital role in mentoring student branches and promoting professional engagement across the IEEE community.

Dr. Rama Krishna Sai of IIT Tirupati,Tirupati

Dr. Rama Krishna Sai Gorthi is a Professor and Dean (Academic Affairs) in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Tirupati, Tirupati. He is a distinguished academician and researcher with extensive expertise in Machine Learning, Signal Processing, and advanced electrical engineering applications.

With a strong background in research and academic leadership, Dr. Gorthi has contributed significantly to interdisciplinary domains integrating Machine Learning techniques with real-time Signal Processing systems. His work focuses on intelligent data-driven models, optimization methods, and emerging AI-based engineering solutions.

He is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Director of Efftronics Systems Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Mangalagiri, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
