1:00 – 1:30 PM | Opening & Welcome

  • Greet visitors at the stand.

  • Brief introduction to WIE and the activities offered.

1:30 – 2:30 PM | Initial Interaction

  • Short talk about WIE and the importance of women in STEM.

  • Invite attendees to learn about the community and ask questions.

2:30 – 3:30 PM | Interactive Activity

  • Mini workshop, game, or engaging activity to attract visitors.

  • Photo opportunities, interest registration, and souvenir distribution.

3:30 – 4:00 PM | Quick Networking Break

  • Time for visitors to interact with each other and WIE members.

  • Follow-up with attendees interested in joining.

4:00 – 5:00 PM | Mentorship & Opportunities Presentation

  • Explanation of projects, mentorships, and benefits of joining WIE.

  • Formal registration of new members.

5:00 – 5:30 PM | Stand Closing

  • Thank attendees for visiting.

  • Final distribution of souvenirs and informational materials.
