WIEDS 2026 será una experiencia transformadora diseñada para inspirar, conectar y empoderar a las mujeres en ingeniería. Más que un simple evento, será un espacio donde historias reales, desafíos superados y logros alcanzados se conviertan en una fuente de motivación para las nuevas generaciones.
El programa contará con charlas inspiradoras de distinguidas ingenieras, un panel dinámico sobre liderazgo e inclusión y espacios de networking que fomentan conexiones significativas dentro de la comunidad IEEE.
Como componente innovador, se grabará un podcast con cinco ingenieras invitadas, para difundir sus voces y compartir sus experiencias en la red del IEEE. Este contenido busca extender su impacto más allá del evento presencial y convertirse en un referente para la visibilidad y la inclusión de las mujeres en la ingeniería.
WIEDS 2026 busca no sólo inspirar, sino también fortalecer los lazos comunitarios, promover el liderazgo femenino y mejorar la visibilidad del capítulo EDS Unisimón.
