Biography:

Bhumika Shah is an AI researcher and practitioner, author, and global speaker focused on advancing
intelligent data systems and responsible AI adoption. Her work centers on designing AI-enabled
data engineering frameworks, automation strategies, and scalable data platforms that transform
how organizations manage, validate, and utilize data.
She is currently a PhD scholar in Information Technology. Her research explores how artificial
intelligence is reshaping data-driven culture within modern data teams, particularly its influence on
workflows, collaboration, and decision-making.
Beyond her research, Bhumika is deeply committed to expanding access to AI and data education.
She work closely with universities to design AI analytics curriculum, mentors professionals and
students globally, and frequently contributes to conferences, hackathons, and technical
communities as a speaker, judge, and organizer.
Through her work across research, practice, and education, she advocates for responsible AI
systems that balance automation with human oversight while preparing the next generation of
technologists for an AI-driven future.
