Ms. Nikeshala Samanthilake is a dedicated Human Resources professional who currently serves as a Senior Officer in People Operations at WSO₂. Her career journey reflects steady growth in talent acquisition and HR, beginning with her internship in HR and Administration at WSO₂ before moving to the London Stock Exchange Group, where she advanced through several roles in talent acquisition and resourcing. With strong expertise in sourcing, screening, onboarding, and technical recruiting, she has built a reputation for identifying and nurturing global talent. She also holds professional certifications, including Tech Recruitment Certified Professional and the Young Leadership Development Program, which highlight her commitment to continuous learning and leadership. Known for her professionalism and human-centered approach, Nikeshala continues to make impactful contributions to organizational success while supporting employees in their growth and development.
