SMART AGRICULTURE BOOTCAMP
The Smart Agriculture Bootcamp is a hybrid training program designed to introduce participants to the principles and applications of precision agriculture. The program includes 2 online sessions, 3 hands-on workshops, and an industrial visit, combining both conceptual learning and practical experience.
The first online session introduces the fundamentals of smart and precision agriculture, including the evolution toward Agriculture 4.0 and key technologies transforming farming while the second session focuses on AI, IoT, and data applications in agriculture, such as monitoring systems, crop disease detection, and yield prediction.
During the three technical workshops, participants work in teams to build prototypes such as a smart irrigation system and a crop monitoring system, covering sensor integration, automation, and data visualization.
The program concludes with an industrial visit to a smart farm or AgriTech facility, allowing participants to discover real-world applications of smart farming technologies.
