IEEE Immersive Blockchain Workshop @ Guarda
An Intensive Two-Day Collaborative Sprint
Bridge the gap between academic theory and industrial reality. This isn’t just another workshop, it’s a high-impact, in-person incubator where you’ll build tangible solutions alongside global experts.
Elevate Your Professional Profile with Certified Credentials
In today’s rapidly evolving digital economy, standing out requires more than just participation.
This workshop offers the unique opportunity to request a 6 ECTS Certified Micro-credentials issued by Instituto Politécnico da Guarda (IPG) upon request, allowing you to gain a formal, verified digital recognition of your expertise in applied blockchain. Certified Micro-credentials should be requested at IPG (https://politecnicoguarda.pt/).
These credentials serve as a powerful addition to your LinkedIn profile or digital CV, showcasing your specialized skills to global employers and proving that you possess the practical ability to bridge the gap between “knowing” and “doing”.
By earning this industry-backed recognition, you solidify your status as a professional capable of navigating and leading in complex technical landscapes.
The Collaborative Experience
Over the course of 48 hours, you will join a vibrant ecosystem of academic researchers, industry titans, and IEEE representatives to move beyond theory and master the "how" of blockchain.
The first day is dedicated to Connection and Ideation, where you will dive into practical, hands-on workshops led by international leaders to validate project topics and form elite teams. This initial phase of strategic networking culminates in a networking gala dinner, offering a relaxed international setting to build lasting professional bonds.
On the second day, the focus shifts to Execution and Impact, with dedicated group sprints designed to bring your blockchain solutions to life.
The experience concludes with a high-stakes showcase, where you will present your final results to a panel of industry experts and finalize your path toward formal certification.
Why This Event Matters
This is a rare chance to engage in true interdisciplinary synergy, accessing a melting pot of ideas from diverse sectors to solve "day-zero" industry problems.
By working directly with professional organizations, you participate in a truly international exchange of knowledge that transforms your understanding of decentralized technology into a tangible professional asset.
Don't just learn about the future—build it and get certified for your contribution.
