Biography:

Dr. Saurabh Kharwar is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the MicroNano Systems Centre, Tyndall National Institute, University College Cork, Ireland. His research focuses on emerging materials and device technologies for next-generation nanoelectronics beyond Moore’s law. He specializes in atomistic simulations, including density functional theory (DFT), non-equilibrium Green’s function (NEGF) methods, and machine-learning interatomic potentials for studying charge transport in low-dimensional materials.
