The IEEE WIE Region 9 Regional Meeting 2026 will take place on August 13th in Quito,
Ecuador. This strategic meeting aims to strengthen collaboration among WIE sections
across Latin America and the Caribbean, align regional initiatives, and enhance the
impact of WIE programs.
The session will provide an opportunity to:
Share best practices and successful initiatives from different sections
Identify common challenges across the region
Strengthen the regional leadership network
Align regional actions with WIE global priorities
This meeting will contribute to the growth, sustainability, and visibility of WIE in Region 9
while supporting leadership development and knowledge exchange among volunteers.
