Mr. Ramon Adelbai (Palau Public Utilities Corporation)

Biography:

Mr. Adelbai has been with the Palau Public Utilities Corporation since 2012, working as a Mechanical Engineer in the Power Generation Division.  He is currently serving as the Electric Power Operations Planner for the PPUC. 
 
Mr. Adelbai earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chinese Culture University in Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. in 2012 and his Master's degree in Business Administration from Kwansei Gakuin University in Hyogo prefecture, Japan in 2018.
