Concept Overview

"Tech & Tea" is a dynamic networking session designed to flip the traditional mentoring script. In this collaborative environment, we pair Senior Professionals with Students and Young Professionals (YPs) to foster a bidirectional flow of knowledge.

The goal is to dismantle professional hierarchies and recognize that every engineer, regardless of years of experience, has something valuable to teach and something new to learn.
