Welcome to the IEEE Pittsburgh Section Executive Committee (ExCom) Meeting!

All IEEE members in the Pittsburgh Section are invited to attend this monthly administrative meeting. We review chapter updates, plan upcoming activities, and discuss ways to support our local engineering community. New attendees and volunteers are especially welcome, it's a great way to get involved!

• Submit Your committee/society updates by 12:00 PM (noon) in 2026 June Agenda document. 
• All 2026 ExCom Meeting Minutes are at shared Google Drive. Access using @ieee.org Google account. Sign up, if needed.
• Meeting Format:
  • Hybrid (In-person Location to be decided.
  • Meeting invite with online link and dial-in information will be emailed to registrants for confidentiality.
  • If you do not receive an invite 24 hours prior, reach out to the secretary, Durga Krishnamoorthy (durga_krish@ieee.org).

March 2026 ExCom Meeting Agenda (in local EST time):

• 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Informal socializing and networking
• 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Business meeting begins

  • Approval of previous minutes
  • Chapter/Affinity Group/Committee reports (based on submissions)
  • Section updates and planning
  • Open discussion and new items

(Note: If needed, Agenda will be updated based on submissions received by noon on meeting day.)
