D. Prasanthi is a SAFe® 6 Certified Scrum Master and Executive Manager at Efftronics Systems Pvt. Ltd., with over 25 years of extensive experience in managing and deploying large-scale IoT networks. She is a Finance expert, trainer, and core committee member, known for her strong leadership and customer-centric approach.
Under her guidance, customer support has evolved into a key pillar of the organization, successfully managing over 22,000 installations across multiple countries and contributing to one of the world’s largest IoT networks. She has led impactful projects in smart cities, intelligent transportation systems, and environmental solutions.
Prasanthi is also an active leader in the Confederation of Indian Industry – Indian Women Network (CII-IWN), where she has held several key positions. She is passionate about driving innovation, empowering teams, and fostering continuous growth through Agile practices.
