Bob Reish
Marketing your business!
Biography:
Bob Reish is an Executive Business Coach, leadership strategist, and Founder of the Caveat Institute, where he works with executives, engineers, founders, and leadership teams to eliminate complexity, raise standards, and drive disciplined execution.
Bob is known for translating leadership, business, and organizational challenges into clear, practical frameworks engineers respect. His work focuses on consistency, decision discipline, and building systems that scale without burnout or chaos.
As creator of The Caveat Standard™, Bob helps high-performing professionals identify when proven methods have become limiting shells and replace them with standards that produce measurable results. He brings decades of real-world experience working with leaders across industries, including technology, engineering, and professional services.
Bob is also the host of the Here’s the Caveat podcast and serves on the National Small Business Association Leadership Council. His approach is direct, humorous, and grounded in one principle: if leadership can’t be observed, measured, and explained simply, it doesn’t work.
Bob challenges smart people to stop confusing effort with excellence and start leading at a higher standard.
