To ignite innovation through guided learning, inclusive teamwork, and hands-on hackathon experience while breaking barriers that limit women’s participation in technology. We aim to build confidence, technical excellence, and leadership by connecting students with mentorship, opportunities, and a strong support network that continues beyond the event.
OVERVIEW
The FutureForge Programme will be conducted as a two-phase initiative to promote innovation and increase the participation of women in technology. The programme will begin with an introductory session followed by pre-hackathon technical training focusing on idea pitching and problem analysis. This will prepare participants with the necessary skills and confidence for the main event.
The hackathon will then be conducted with inclusive team formation to ensure active participation of women. Mentorship will be provided throughout the program to support project development and learning. After the event, participants will be guided towards further competitions and innovation opportunities. Through this initiative, we aim to build technical confidence, leadership skills, and a sustainable innovation culture among students.
