Women engineers can be identified as a set of individuals who are carrying out a significant number of responsibilities in different areas such as the workplace, family, society, etc. They follow a busy schedule, and most engineers barely find a balanced life. Hence, it is worthwhile to organize a discussion forum under the title of “Work Life Balance for Women Engineers” with selecting few leading women personalities in the engineering field and who can also be considered as role models.
