The Volunteers’ Leadership & Professional Skills Workshop is designed to empower IEEE student branch officers and volunteers with the confidence, skills and mindset needed to lead effectively and make lasting community impact. This one-day program will focus on practical leadership strategies, teamwork and professional development, helping participants strengthen both their volunteer engagement and career readiness.
Through interactive sessions, case studies and collaborative activities, attendees will learn how to communicate effectively, manage projects and build networks that extend beyond their student branch. The workshop also provides a platform for cross-branch collaboration, fostering stronger connections among IEEE student leaders across Uganda.
Registration is free and all participants will gain valuable insights into leadership, volunteering and professional growth while contributing to the advancement of IEEE’s mission.
