IEEE Technical Paper Competition
Announcing Sexton Campus' Annual IEEE Student Paper Competition April 2026

PIZZA & refreshments will be served.
The IEEE Canadian Atlantic Section and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Sexton Campus invite ECED students, staff, and faculty to attend this year’s event to celebrate the efforts of the E&CE students in their senior year projects.
The annual IEEE Student Paper Competition will be held in conjunction with the year-end senior year projects. The top three senior-year projects from the presentation day will be invited to present the results of their work to a panel of industry judges and classmates. Winners will be honoured with cash awards from the IEEE Canadian Atlantic Section.
1st place: $200
2nd place: $150
3rd place: $100
All E&CE students, staff, faculty, IEEE members, and guests are welcome.
