Hyperscale data center delivery is one of the most complex planning challenges in modern technology, spanning construction, power, cooling, mechanical, supply chain, network, and security, each with its own tools, timelines, and stakeholders. For years, the person holding it all together was a Technical Program Manager, manually pulling data from dozens of disconnected spreadsheets, reconciling conflicting numbers, and making high-stakes decisions on information that was often incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

Drawing from direct experience building and deploying a planning platform that consolidated fragmented network planning workflows into a single, automation-driven system, this session explores how AI and intelligent tooling are giving infrastructure planners accurate, real-time data, so they can do what they were always meant to do: make smart decisions, fast.

Attendees will experience how hyperscale organizations are evolving from fragmented, manually intensive planning to AI-augmented operations across demand forecasting, capacity modeling, supply chain readiness, and deployment coordination and what that transition looks like in practice, including the challenges of adoption and the outcomes delivered.
