Session I – Afternoon Program

  • 14:30 – 14:35: Kick‑off and welcome: introduction to the event and the coaching team.

  • 14:35 – 15:25: Panel session

  • 15:25 – 15:30: Interactive activities

  • 15:30 – 16:00: Refreshment break

  • 16:00 – 16:10: Introduction to the Round Table

  • 16:10 – 16:50: Round Table and Q&A

  • 16:50 – 17:25: Thesis Competition: introduction & pitch of the 6 finalists

  • 17:25 – 17:30: Closing remarks

Session II – Evening Program

  • 18:30 – 20:30
    Night with Coaches:     an evening of reflective practice, group discussions, and networking with co‑chairs and roundtable members. During this session, the winners of the Thesis Competition will be announced.
