UQ IEEE PES Day Celebration 2026
The UQ IEEE PES Student Branch Chapter invites you to join our IEEE PES Day celebration on Friday, April 24th. To celebrate IEEE PES Day, we are hosting a professional talk by Alexandra Price from Powerlink Queensland, centred around the theme “Innovating Today, Energising Tomorrow.”
The event will also feature a public speaking competition for IEEE PES students and young professionals. We invite undergraduate and postgraduate students to participate in a 5-minute public speaking competition as part of the IEEE PES Day celebration at the University of Queensland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about new technologies, discover the benefits of PES memberships, connect with peers and celebrate the remarkable achievements of IEEE PES. Don’t miss out on the great opportunity for celebration and networking!
