Biography:

My name is Faith Koome. I am a motivational speaker passionate about PURPOSE. Who are you. Why are you on earth. What were you created to do. How are you doing it. Where are you doing it at. Who are you doing it with. What do you need to do it. Do you feel fulfilled doing it and seeing the results? Let's talk PURPOSE. I can also be host for corporate events by being the MC, or moderator. I did very well in the recent KPLC grid conference held at Safari Park on Sept 2025.

I am an electrical engineer at KPLC Plc in the SCADA department. I am so excited to work in this department as it relates to my desire to be an automation engineer and I believe it's time for us to automate our grids. In July 2024 I worked in Protection Department, Technical Services Division. Previously, I was a project engineer in ARM Engineering. I graduated with my BSc in Electrical, Electronic Engineering from Jkuat. Currently pursuing an MSc Energy Studies - renewable energy.

I love working on electrical designs, protection & commissioning, as well as SCADA production systems. My job gives me hope because every time I encounter a challenge, I don't settle till I get its solution. That's why I salute engineers as they are solution providers. I bring to the team proactive thinking.

Since I am a motivational speaker, I keep motivating my team to reach great impact even with minimal resources, especially at this point when KPLC is financially strained. As a career coach, I also speak to and guide the attachees who get posted in our department and help shape their career. I also apply my motivational and career coaching skills to speak to university, college, and high school students to choose careers as well as pursue them with excellence. My motto is learning, and mentorship never ends.

I am the CEO of Penta Marbles, Luxury brand — a company that seeks to create a solution to the problem of time for families by employing errand runners that work on clients' requests so clients can concentrate on what matters most to them. Penta Marbles limited services can be booked online via all our social media platforms and we intend to have our presence in all towns as long as someone has internet. As we build our brand, we shall have a mobile application downloadable from the Play Store for Android and Apple.
