- InnovateHer is a Women in Engineering (WIE) Day celebration organized as a collaboration between IEEE ISSATM SB and IEEE ESSTHS SB. Aligned with the theme “Technology with Purpose: Innovate Responsibly, Inspire Globally, Lead with Integrity,” the event focuses on promoting responsible innovation, leadership in STEM, and entrepreneurship. The program includes interactive activities such as workshops, discussions, and team-based challenges, allowing participants to collaborate, develop ideas, and present their solutions. A preparatory online session is also planned to support participants ahead of the event.
