The Branch Counsellors Meeting was held on 11th April 2026 at SR University, Warangal, as part of IEEE Hyderabad Section - UTSANG 2K26 (Warangal Zonal Congress). The session brought together Student Branch Counsellors, faculty advisors, and IEEE section leadership, with participation in both offline and online modes. The meeting was coordinated by Dr. Padma Sai.

The meetup aimed to strengthen the functioning of Student Branches by focusing on membership engagement, effective utilization of IEEE opportunities, structured event execution, and adherence to IEEE processes and guidelines.
